R&D Center

Imperiale Global is developing its own research center called Imperiale Global Aqua Centre (IGAC). The IGAC is the Bulgaria’s new research center that carries out practical and applicable research within the field of aquaculture feeds and the work for formulating a sustainable aquafeed produced from the local agricultural resources and upscaled feedstocks from Agri supply chains. Our R&D and Scientist team includes members of several departments at Imperiale Global.

Imperiale Global Aqua Centre is addressing challenges related to the circular bio-based economy and sustainability of the world aquaculture industry. Imperiale does this by offering research infrastructure dedicated to improved and novel utilization of alternative raw materials such as marine, animal by-product, insect, plant, algae, single-cell resources.
